I hate for my long awaited blog to be about something stupid, but I just got to! The last few weeks I have been watching a lot of T.V. and while I usually love the crime shows I have to admit it is getting out of hand. What is there, about 4 Law and Orders now? And there are 3 CSI’s. I figure in a couple of years we can make a CSI channel and each town in the US can have their own show. Now, don’t get me wrong, I am an original CSI nut! I have not been as crazy about Miami or NY, but I am loyal to Grissom and his band of phenolphthalein ferrying friends.
Anyway, there is a new show on CBS called Criminal Minds. I am not sure what night it comes on as I think I have seen it on several times in one week. The show itself is not bad, however, I cannot stand to watch it because of the simple fact that they use the term “unsub” entirely too much! I am sure in the FBI the term unsub is used, but do they really use it that much?!? What ever happened to suspect? I don’t know why it aggravates me so much, but I swear it is like nails down a chalkboard when I hear it! Last night I started counting. I was quite humorous. Just as my boyfriend was getting into the plot and I start yelling numbers. By the middle of the show, my boyfriend even said “maybe we should email them”! I am wondering if anyone else notices these things, or am I just weird?
