The land milk and honey...wait make that milk and uhh..bread...
Sound the alarms, man the markets, call the Red Cross! We have an emergency here! The weather man called for 2-4 inches of snow! Aahhhh...we must stock up, we must prepare! What will we do without bread and milk!
What is the deal with the milk and bread?!? I went to the store and every gallon and loaf was gone! I understand that the weather man called for up to 4 inches of snow, but we all know that means there will be 1 inch or less! Even if by some odd chance he was right, why bread and milk? I mean, you can’t even make anything with milk and bread alone! Logically, wouldn't you stock up on can goods and such, but nooo...lets go for two of the things that rot the fastest!
From now on I am going to prepare for the snow also. However, if for some reason, I am unable to make it through the blizzard to get to the store I am making sure that I stock up on the necessities...like Mt. Dew and Moose Tracks ice cream!

i know what you mean!! it drives me crazy. i had to actually buy hamburger buns with seeds on them! and then i thought, hamburger buns? not only had people wiped the shelves clean of bread, but they took all the buns, too! what were they expecting? there were no hotdog buns to be found and the only bread leaf was the expensive, fancy bread. unbelievable!

hey! went to the store this weekend. it was sleeting and snowing. guess what? they had plenty of milk and bread. but they were totally out of eggs!! i mean, totally. there were no eggs to be found. except for some of those gross fake eggs you buy in a milk carton. i was completely taken aback! maybe folks are working on some bread pudding or something with all that milk, bread, and eggs? i'll go find a recipe for that. just in case we get another winter storm.
